At Spinelli, we ensure the health and safety of our customers, our employees and the entire community by rigorously following the recommendations of government and public health services.

On your next visit with us, you will notice that the new greeting and service protocol strictly respects social distancing measures. Thus, you will be able to choose a new vehicle, entrust your vehicle to the service department or to our body shop with total peace of mind.

Since July 18th 2020, according to Government regulations, wearing a mask or face covering that covers the nose and mouth is mandatory in our dealerships.

The signage for the reception areas, the floor markings and the layout of our facilities have been reviewed to ensure compliance with the 2-meter rule between people.

To minimize the risk of community transmission, we ensure that all of our customers and employees wash their hands when entering our facilities. Distributors of hydroalcoholic solutions are available at the entrances of each of our dealerships so that everyone can respond to this new imperative process.

Plexiglass has been added to payment and service counters to protect our guests and employees when closer proximity is necessary.

Protective interior covers are installed in your vehicle during your visit to the service department. For added safety, our technicians wear gloves, masks and/or visors when working on any vehicle.

All vehicles that are entrusted to our service departments and body shops are meticulously sanitized before they are returned to their owners.

Over time, we will adjust our operations to meet these new challenges while ensuring your comfort and safety. We thank you for your patience and diligence as we adapt to this new reality.
